Saskatchewan Senior Fitness Association

The Regina Sport District of the Saskatchewan Senior Fitness Association offers clinics, intellectual and physical games and social activities for individuals aged 50+. You can check out their website at or you can give them a call at 306-545-5131.

If you explore around a bit then you will discover that they offer the opportunity to compete in a variety of different activities (including duplicate bridge) at the local, provincial or even national level. These competitions take place in even numbered years. Click here to read about the options available in 2016.

For Whom: meant to help rookies and non-masters with bidding and play, or to add tools to their game.
